Dr. Phillip Levy
Doctor of Optometry
Dr. Levy has been in practice since 1967 after receiving his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry.
He is a general family optometrist specializing in fitting rigid gas-permeable contact lenses. He is licensed by the State Board of Optometry and is a member of the La Mesa Chamber of Commerce.
